I have over 20 years of experience of providing executive coaching (3500+hrs), team coaching and facilitation to clients at all levels and in organisations of all shapes and sizes.
In addition to a raft of coaching qualifications, I have 15 years experience of senior leadership roles in both private and public sectors organisations in the water, low carbon and renewable energy industries.
With two teenagers and elderly parents, I also understand the pressure that comes with navigating the ups and downs of life, whilst learning to thrive through mid-life and menopause. So I bring a huge amount empathy, understanding and support and work tirelessly to help you to thrive in work and in life.
