Hello, I’m Annie, an executive coach, facilitator and founder of Thrive. For more than three decades, I’ve been helping leaders and teams to grow with purpose, clarity and confidence. A particular passion of mine is helping women — especially those balancing high‑stakes leadership with the realities of life transitions, including caring responsibilities and the menopause. As a Mum to two teens and carer for elderly parents, I completely understand the added often hidden mental load, that women in particular can carry.
With over 3500 hours of coaching practice, underpinned by a strong blend of qualifications, I help clients seeking grounded, human‑centred growth, to navigate complexity, build emotional resilience and step into leadership and a life that feels authentic, healthy and sustainable. Prior to setting up my coaching practice, I held senior roles in the water, low carbon and renewable energy industry so as well as growing a business, I understand the challenges of leadership particularly in high stakes environments.
My approach blends a neuroscience and emotional intelligence ‑ informed practice with practical, down‑to‑earth tools that help people to create meaningful and sustainable change to thrive in work and life.
I firmly believe in human first, leader second and create a safe space for clients to breathe, reflect and grow. I’ve seen first‑hand the difference that informed, compassionate coaching can make particularly to a woman’s wellbeing, confidence and career. Many of my clients are navigating complex roles, changing identities or unique pressures leading to overwhelm and burnout. With my work and life experience combined, I bring a huge amount empathy, understanding and support and work tirelessly to help my clients to thrive in work and in life. My approach is warm, practical and deeply respectful of the whole person — not just their role.
